We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists unless you've asked us to.
We use a small number of service providers who handle information for us, under contract and only on our instructions:
Some of these providers store information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as approved contract clauses.
This site doesn't use cookies. It keeps one setting in your browser for the length of your visit, so the opening animation only plays once; it contains nothing about you.
We count visits using our web host's built-in statistics, which work from the host's own records rather than anything placed on your device. They show us totals — how many visits, which pages — never who you are.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to how we use it. Where it applies, you can also ask for your information in a portable format. Email or call us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
