The idea

Why we
built it

Clients now expect to be part of the design process. They want to see, compare and decide with you in the room. Most independent professionals don't have anywhere to do that, and projects stall on a decision nobody can picture.

We already run the space, hold the samples and know the products. Rather than let it sit idle between our own appointments, we've opened it to a limited number of professionals who need exactly that and shouldn't have to build it themselves.

The honest version: we benefit too. Members bring us projects we'd never otherwise see, and we'd rather earn that by being useful to you than by competing with you.

"Clients struggle to picture a scheme from images alone. Ten minutes with the real materials in front of them does what three emails can't."

Why members join

What membership
changes

Membership removes the friction between a good idea and a signed specification.

Stronger first meetings

Meet clients somewhere that reflects the quality of your work from the first handshake.

Quicker decisions

Options seen side by side get chosen. Options emailed get deferred.

Fewer revisions

Agreeing finishes early stops the redesign that arrives after the drawings are done.

Greater trust

A dedicated consultation space signals the project is in professional hands.

Better margin

Trade pricing and commission turn specification into a revenue line, not admin.

Smoother delivery

Selections locked early mean fewer site delays, swaps and awkward calls.

How you earn
and save

Members work with us one of two ways on every project. Choose whichever suits the job and the client.

Route one

You supply

You buy on your own account at member trade pricing, then supply your client at whatever rate you set. You keep the margin and control the relationship end to end.

  • 10% off selected products at Bronze
  • 15% off selected products at Silver and Gold
  • Consolidated delivery to site or store collection
  • One trade account, one invoice per project
Route two

We supply

Your client buys direct from us against the specification you produced. We invoice, deliver and carry the warranty, and you receive commission on the qualifying value.

  • Commission on qualifying sales at Silver
  • Enhanced commission at Gold
  • No credit exposure and no stock to hold
  • Paid monthly against completed orders
A worked example

A Silver member specifies a family bathroom and en-suite. The products come to £9,000 at retail.

Supply it yourself at 15% trade and the margin sits with you. Let the client buy direct and the commission arrives without you funding a penny of stock. Either way, one project covers the year.

Our commitment to members

Your client
stays your client

Any client you introduce is registered to you. For the duration of your membership and twelve months afterwards, we will not quote that client directly, offer them terms behind you, or take on their project without your involvement.

  • Introductions are logged on the day of the visit
  • Enquiries from your clients are routed back to you
  • You decide how visible we are in the meeting
  • Written into the membership agreement, not just onto a website
Process

How a visit works

01

Bring your client

Book an appointment and host the consultation here. Your meeting, your agenda; we stay out of the way unless you want us in the room.

02

Explore and compare

Walk them through bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, worktops, finishes and brassware in full room settings.

03

Create and refine

Use the design zone, mood board table and sample library to build the scheme and narrow the options down.

04

Finalise selections

Confirm the specification with real products in front of you and technical guidance on hand for sizes, tolerances and compatibility.

05

Deliver a better project

Move to site with decisions made, lead times known and fewer changes waiting to surface later.

Tell us the brief in advance and the samples, pricing and lead times will be laid out before your client walks in.

Questions

Before you apply

Can I present the showroom as my own studio?

Yes. Members host their own meetings here. Our staff join only if you ask them to.

Do I have to buy through you?

No. There is no minimum spend on any level. The trade discount and commission are there when they suit the project.

What if my client wants something you don't stock?

Tell us. We source widely, and where we genuinely can't help we'll say so rather than push a substitute.

Who carries the warranty?

Whoever invoices the client. If we supply, we handle warranty, aftercare and spares directly.

How many appointments can I book?

Fair use, with priority booking at Silver and Gold. In practice we've never had to turn a member away.

Can I cancel?

Monthly memberships run on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice. Annual memberships run for twelve months and can be moved between levels at renewal.

Is my competitor already a member?

Possibly. Membership is capped and applications are reviewed, and we don't share your projects, pricing or clients with anyone.

What happens after I apply?

A short call, a twenty-minute walk round the showroom with no obligation, and a decision within five working days.
